Tudi Mechanical Named One of Pittsburgh’s Top Workplaces for 9 Years Running

We are happy to share that Tudi Mechanical Systems has once again been named one of Pittsburgh’s Top Workplaces for 2019!
The Pittsburgh Post Gazette recognized 90 companies as top workplaces in Pittsburgh, including 55 companies in our size category.  The results were based solely on direct feedback via an employee engagement survey conducted earlier in the year.
 
This is the 9th year in a row that Tudi Mechanical has received this honor!
 
This acknowledgment is a testament to the unique culture and values we have built here at Tudi, and a direct result of the hard work and commitment that our team puts in every day.

Nominations Open for 20th Annual Heat for the Needy Program

“Warm Hearts Warming Homes” – Tudi Mechanical Systems to Hold 20thAnnual Heat For The Needy Charity Program

 

TUDI Mechanical Systems, in partnership with Dollar Bank, will provide and install free furnaces to local area families in January 2019 as part of the annual Heat For The Needy program.

Each winter, there are families across the Pittsburgh region that have no heat or are living in unsafe conditions due to failed or outdated heating systems. The Heat For The Needy program, described as a “One Day Miracle”, combines the time and talents of employees and their families as they deliver and install new furnaces in the homes of those needy families, all in a single day, and at no cost to the recipients.

Tudi Mechanical Once Again Named One of Pittsburgh’s Top Workplaces

We are excited to announce that Tudi Mechanical has been named one of Pittsburgh’s Top Workplaces for 2018!

This is the 8th consecutive year that we have achieved this award, and we are one of only a handful of companies of all sizes to have received this award every year since its inception in 2011.

This year, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette recognized 94 companies as top workplaces in Pittsburgh, including 50 companies in our size category (less than 150 employees locally). We were the only HVAC contractor to be recognized, and the results are based solely on the feedback of our employee based in a survey that was administered earlier this year.

This award is a recognition for all of the hard work and commitment that each and every one of our employees put in everyday, and it is their efforts that make Tudi such a great place to work!
